I’ve never had a cleaning service before. What can I expect?
First, we meet for an assessment of your home or office. We discuss what you want (and do not want) done, and come up with a cleaning plan and schedule. Next, we do a complete cleaning of your space – a “reset to zero” as it were. This takes longer than your regularly scheduled cleanings, but it provides both of us a framework to move forward from. Finally, we begin cleaning your space on its regular schedule of cleaning.
I live in an apartment (or loft). Do you clean those?

How much does it cost?
We take a lot of things into consideration when we give you a quote for cleaning services. A lot of it depends on the size of your house, and what services you would like. On average, a service visit will run from $75 – $180. For example:
Apartment, loft, or small house: $75
Medium to larger house or apartment: $90
Large house, or more details: $180

What if I need to change a scheduled cleaning?
That happens to everyone at some point in time. Just contact us and we’ll make a plan to reschedule your cleaning.
Do I need to be at home when my house is cleaned?
No. Our cleaning personnel are licensed and bonded and your home is safe with us. We can discuss a way for our staff to access your home if you will be away.
How long does a cleaning session last?
We will determine the length of time your cleaning session will last at your initial consultation. Most cleaning sessions are a minimum of two hours long.
I’m having a party/house guests/event and need a special cleaning! Can you take care of that?
We will do our best to accommodate your special cleaning needs, but please give us as much advance notice as possible.
